Intern - User Experience Research [UXR] (80-100%)

We are looking for a User Experience Researcher Intern to join our growing product team in our office in Zurich. This role is a unique opportunity to help Crowdhouse understand the needs of our clients and deliver a first-class user experience for our market-leading real-estate platform. We believe strongly that our competitive advantage to all other players in the industry is having a strong understanding of our users needs and motivations.

With more than 110 employees, we realize our vision to make real estate transactions efficient, transparent and accessible through our digital ecosystem. Your tasks

You will support our research team in the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of user-centric design research and usability tests for new and existing products. 

  • Support planning and conducting in-person and remote user research.
  • Contribute to documenting research-based knowledge and insights.
  • Reviewing and transcribing interviews and tasks sessions (primarily in German)
  • Share in collaborative testing of business requirements using qualitative and quantitative methods.

 

Your profile

  • You have completed studies in social sciences or economics (eg journalism, media and communication science, psychology, sociology, economics) or would like to complete an internship semester during your studies
  • You are proficient with MS Office or Google Drive office apps
  • You speak fluent English, and at least B2 German or Swiss-German
